What is the handling time?
We will process your order within 48 hours.
What is the delivery time?
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the
date of purchase. It can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance, or other causes.
Shipping rates and delivery times for different shipping methods are as follows:

How to track your order?
When your order ships, we will send an email immediately. You can check the shipping
progress through the tracking code in the email.
Which countries can be delivered to?
We currently only deliver to the United States, other countries and regions are not supported at this time, business customers can contact us at christine@pawaii.com.
We cannot deliver to the following areas: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall
Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Where the package is sent from?
The package will be sent from the warehouse closest to your delivery address, but it is
also affected by the number of goods in the warehouse.
What are the supported shipping methods?
All orders on PAWAii are shipped by United Parcel Service(UPS), United States Postal Service(USPS), FedEx, DHL and Amazon Logistics.
