Order Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team.
Contact time
  • Within 24 hours of purchase: We will cancel your order free of charge. If the package has been sent, you need to send it back to us. We will issue a prepaid label and return your payment after we have received the package from you.
  • After 24 hours of purchase: you need to bear the return fee if the package is already shipped, please note that we follow the system and not the order status.
Product situation
  • Product Status: The product must be undamaged, wrapped in the packing we provided, and with the original receipt of the purchase. We will return your payment after we have received the package from you.
  • Product Inventory: If the product you purchased is out of stock, we may be forced to cancel your order. We will inform you in advance, please don't worry. Thank you for your understanding.

Postage
If the product is defective or damaged, we will bear the return postage. If there is no quality problem, you need to pay the return postage. In addition, you will have to pay 20% of the original order fee as restocking postage.
